Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-11-04.1 · Operator: [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], a [STATE] limited liability company ("we", "us", "Cash Cannon: Cosmic Fury")
These Terms govern your use of the Cash Cannon: Cosmic Fury application and services (the "Platform"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Contest Rules, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Play Policy (together, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age for skill contests in your state, if higher), a natural person, and able to form a binding contract. You must give us your accurate legal date of birth when you create your account; we may refuse or close an account whose date of birth cannot be verified.
1.1a One person, one account. You may not open or use more than one account, and an identity document may be used to verify only one account.
1.2 Cash matches are available only to players physically located in an eligible U.S. state at the time of entry. The current list of eligible and excluded states is published in the Eligibility section of the Platform and may change as laws change. Attempting to enter a cash match from an excluded jurisdiction, including through a VPN, proxy or location spoofing, is a material breach.
1.3 You may hold one account. You may not share, sell, transfer or operate an account for anyone else, and you may not let anyone else play on yours.
1.4 Employees and contractors of Cash Cannon: Cosmic Fury, their household members, and anyone we have previously removed from the Platform may not enter cash matches.
1.5 We may verify your eligibility at any time, before or after a match, by requesting government identification, proof of age, proof of address or device location data. If you do not complete verification, or if we cannot reasonably confirm your eligibility, we may suspend or close your account and withhold any balance that was obtained while ineligible.
2. Nature of the Competition
2.1 Cash Cannon: Cosmic Fury offers games of skill. In every cash match all competitors play the same deterministic round: the same objects appear in the same order at the same times. Outcomes are determined by player performance (aim, movement, timing and decision-making), not by chance. There is no random element that differs between opponents in the same match.
2.2 Entry fees are consideration for the opportunity to compete; prizes are awarded to the highest verified scores according to the Contest Rules. Cash Cannon: Cosmic Fury is not a casino, sportsbook or lottery and does not accept wagers on the outcome of events outside the Platform.
2.3 You may play unranked practice rounds at no cost at any time.
3. Accounts, Deposits and Balances
3.1 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
3.2 Deposits are processed by a third-party payment processor. You agree to the processor's terms. Deposited funds may only be used to enter matches and are not refundable to a payment method except as described in Section 6 or as required by law.
3.3 Your balance is not a bank account, does not earn interest and is not insured. Balances are held separately from our operating funds. Promotional or bonus credit, if any, is not withdrawable unless and until the promotion's stated conditions are met.
3.4 We may impose deposit limits, entry limits, or minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, and may set limits for you at your request under the Responsible Play Policy.
4. Matches, Fees and Prizes
4.1 When you enter a cash match, the entry fee is immediately moved to escrow for that match. The entry, the prize for each paid place, and the total pot are displayed before you confirm. The difference between the pot and the prizes is our service fee.
4.2 Matches are settled when every required score has been received and verified, or when the match expires (Section 6). Prizes are credited to your balance at settlement.
4.3 Ties: in head-to-head play, identical verified scores result in both entry fees being returned. In tournaments, ties are broken by the earlier submission time.
4.4 We may use skill-based matchmaking, change matchmaking parameters, limit the stakes available to you, and cancel any match before it starts.
5. Verification of Scores
5.1 Every cash round records your inputs. On completion those inputs are transmitted to our servers and the round is replayed in a reference simulation. The score produced by that replay is the official score for the match.
5.2 A round whose input record is missing, incomplete, altered, impossible, or inconsistent with the client-reported score may be voided. A voided round scores zero and may result in forfeiture of the entry fee.
5.3 You agree that our replay determination is final, subject only to the dispute process in Section 9.
6. Cancellations, Expiration and Refunds
6.1 A head-to-head match that does not receive an opponent within 24 hours, or a tournament that does not fill within 24 hours, expires and all entry fees are returned to the players' balances automatically.
6.2 If you quit, close the app, lose connectivity, or your device fails during a cash round, the round ends and your score as of that moment is submitted when connectivity returns. Entry fees are not refunded for abandoned rounds.
6.3 You may cancel a head-to-head match yourself only while no opponent has joined and before you have played your round. The service fee for that match (the lesser of 25% of the pot or $10, displayed before entry) is retained and the balance of the entry fee is returned. Once you have played your round, or once an opponent has joined, the match cannot be cancelled by a player; if no opponent joins before the match expires, your entry fee is returned in full.
6.4 If we cancel a match for any reason before settlement, entry fees are returned in full.
7. Withdrawals and Taxes
7.1 Before your first withdrawal you must complete identity verification through our identity-verification partner: a photo of a current government-issued ID and a live selfie, and, where required for tax reporting, your Social Security number. The name and date of birth on your ID must match your account. You must also link a bank account or debit card held in your own name. Withdrawals are sent only to verified methods in your name.
7.1a Until your identity is verified, the total you may deposit is capped at the amount shown in the Wallet. Verification outcomes that do not match your account (different name or date of birth, an ID already used by another account, or an age below the minimum for your state) are placed on hold for manual review and may result in account closure and forfeiture of prizes under Section 9. You may be asked to re-verify at any time.
7.2 Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are shown in the Wallet. Withdrawals may be delayed or reversed while a fraud, eligibility or chargeback review is pending.
7.3 Promotional free play credits are not withdrawable; only the cash portion of your balance (deposits, prizes and refunds of cash entries) may be withdrawn. The Wallet shows the withdrawable amount separately. See the Contest Rules for how free play credits work.
7.4 You are responsible for all taxes on your winnings. Where required by law we or our payment partner will issue tax forms (for example, Form 1099) and may request your taxpayer information. We may withhold amounts where legally required.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You will not: (a) use bots, macros, scripts, modified clients, emulators, automation or any assistance that performs or improves inputs; (b) tamper with the application, its memory, its network traffic or its recorded inputs; (c) collude with other players, intentionally lose, or arrange match outcomes; (d) use multiple accounts or play on another person's account; (e) misrepresent your age, identity or location, or use VPNs or spoofing to evade restrictions; (f) use stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or initiate chargebacks on legitimate charges; (g) exploit bugs rather than report them to admin@canwehome.com; (h) harass other players or our staff; (i) use the Platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
We may investigate suspected violations using any means available to us, including device signals, statistical analysis of performance, and replay audits. Violations may result in voided results, forfeiture of balances and prizes, permanent closure of your account, and referral to law enforcement or payment networks.
9. Disputes About Matches
9.1 To dispute a match result, contact admin@canwehome.com within 7 days of settlement with the match number. We will review the replay record and respond. Our review decision is final.
9.2 Balances in a disputed match may be frozen until the review completes.
10. Suspension and Termination
10.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting admin@canwehome.com. Verified balances will be paid out to your verified method, less any amounts subject to review.
10.2 We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any breach of the Agreement, for suspected fraud or cheating, when required by law or a payment partner, or if we discontinue the Platform. On termination for breach you forfeit any balance derived from the breach.
11. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its games, artwork, software and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform as intended. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of it.
12. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR DEVICE WILL BE SUPPORTED.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE AGREEMENT OR THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE ENTRY FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us and our officers, employees and partners against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of the Agreement, your violation of law, or your misuse of the Platform.
15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please read carefully. This section affects your legal rights.
15.1 Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact admin@canwehome.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue.
15.2 Binding arbitration. Except for the matters in 15.4, any dispute arising from the Agreement or the Platform will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in the county where you live or by video conference. The arbitrator's award is final and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
15.3 Class action waiver. You and we agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective or representative proceeding.
15.4 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property or for unauthorized access to the Platform.
15.5 Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing admin@canwehome.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of creating your account. Opting out does not affect the rest of the Agreement.
16. Governing Law
The Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [STATE] and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 15.
17. Changes to the Agreement
We may update the Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be presented in the app and require your acknowledgment before you can enter another cash match. Continued use after acknowledgment constitutes acceptance. The version you accepted and the date are recorded on your account.
18. General
The Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us about the Platform. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign the Agreement; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Notices to you may be given in the app or by email to the address on your account. Notices to us go to admin@canwehome.com or [COMPANY MAILING ADDRESS].
